News from the Lil' Cog
Wow... Just wow. 22 and a half hours in transit but let me tell you its worth it. I'll start where things usually do - at the beginning. We got up at the crack of 8:00am and manically packed all we had laid out into your respective bags. Leaving for a 3:00pm flight to Singapore we discovered the marvels of Quantas air travel - each seat is equipped with its own entertainment system comprising of movie & TV stations, games, phone access and other various tidbits. But enough plugging; We then took Lufthansa (German for rather disappointing) to Frankfurt (a synonym) and then Tel Aviv!
At a consistent tropical bliss, Israel is by far the most awe inspiring country I have seen yet (I know it dosen't say much but it is amazing). So far things are slowly moving along in respect to Maccabi; Our accommodation has been confirmed and training begins immediately. Tomorrow is a guided tour of Masada and the surrounding marvels, so there'll be much more happening then.
